MODECO - a series of premium segment of TESY water heaters is equipped with a ceramic (steatite) heating element with a 70% increased heat exchange surface compared to the previous generation dry heating element. Such heating element protects the water heater from aggressive scale deposition. The heating element is installed in a steel sleeve with a glass-ceramic coating, which keeps it from direct contact with water. The technology of using ceramic heating elements ensures a long service life of the water heater even in regions with hard and saline water.
As befits the premium segment, the MODECO series has low heat loss thanks to the use of high-precision INSUTECH PLUS technology for uniform distribution of high density polyurethane insulation with a thickness of as much as 32 mm.
Heat losses are reduced by 16% due to the absence of a thermal bridge between the inner tank and the mounting plate for wall installation of the water heater.
Traditionally for TESY, MODECO series water heaters are equipped with a patented stainless steel nozzle that slows down the mixing of cold and hot water, which allows you to get 15% more hot water in the same heating time. This innovation is called the PISTON effect.
